Join the Edmonton Chamber Music Society for their Spring Equinox Festival running from March 19-24, 2022. All concerts begin at 7:30PM!

Edmonton Chamber Music Society’s Spring Equinox Festival is the spring re-awakening of their postponed 2021 Summer Festival. This festival consists of three main concerts and a special closing performance at The Foundry Room! This festival will not be livestreamed.

Virtuosity and Romance featuring Cheng2 Duo with Bryan Cheng, cello and Sylvia Cheng, piano.

Canadian cellist Bryan Cheng recently won the second prize in the Geneva International Cello Competition.

An Evening in Spain featuring Miriam Khalil, soprano, Rafael Hoekman, cello, Patricia Tao, piano, Robert Uchida, violin, & Keith Hamm, viola.

Introducing and welcoming soprano Miriam Khalil, the newest member of the Department of Music at the University of Alberta. Works by Golijov, Arbos, Obradors and Turina.

Viano String Quartet featuring Aiden Kane, viola, Lucy Wang & Hao Zhou, violins, and Tate Zawadiuk, cello.

The young and exciting Viano String Quartet is the most recent winner of the Banff International String Quartet Competition.

The Foundry Room, Oliver Exchange Building, 12021 102 Avenue NW

Enjoy food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere at the Foundry while listening to the Viano String Quartet play a program of short contemporary selections.
