Located in the heart of Old Strathcona’s Theatre District, the Fringe Theatre Arts Barns is a dynamic venue that can host a myriad of events. The ATB Financial Arts Barns is a versatile venue that can host an event for 350 people or create an intimate atmosphere for 60.
Studio A - Located in the heart of the facility, Studio A is a friendly space where groups up to 60 people will feel right at home. With a sprung floor and mirrors, this room can accommodate small recitals, meetings, receptions and workshops.
Studio B - Studio B is a great space for groups of up to 45 people. The venue has a sprung floor and is perfect for rehearsals, meetings, small receptions and workshops.
The Fringe Theatre has a hearing-loop system. Most hearing aids have this function, but it may need to be turned on by an audiologist when having a hearing aid fitted or adjusted. The hearing loop allows theatre goers who use hearing aids to turn down the ambient noise to focus on the theatre. Fringe also has hearing loop headphones for people to use if they don’t have a hearing aid or the function built in.
