Yu-Chen (Tseng) Beliveau, originally from Taiwan, is an illustrator and designer currently based in Edmonton, Alberta. Her artistic style incorporates both traditional and digital mediums, with a focus on charming characters and imaginative landscapes that evoke a sense of wonder and nostalgia. Beyond her commercial design work, Yu-Chen also enjoys creating personal projects and selling her work at local markets. Her self-published picture book, "Koko the Bear," draws from her experience as an immigrant and showcases her playful illustrations. Her art has been lauded for its intricate details, soft colours, and enchanting characters, demonstrating her skill in creating immersive worlds that capture the imagination of her viewers.
