The Northern Habitat started out of a love for modern design, unique vessels, and plants. Through the development of Nathan's first set of planters he realized how much he enjoyed the creation process: starting from a concept, modelling, prototyping, sourcing the ideal materials, production and refinement. Even though Nathan is educated as an engineer, he didn't have an appreciation for this process until he started creating his planters.
