Leslea Kroll is an Edmonton playwright and poet. Her first play Domesticatrix was nominated for a Sterling Award for Outstanding Fringe Script. Her play Zed BC: Genus Lemus won the annual Alberta Playwrights’ Network playwriting competition. Leslea's play White Count Up aired nationally on CBC Radio; she has also collaborated with Kyle Armstrong on the short film SCAPE. Leslea’s poem But for now… is included in the Edmonton Public Library’s inaugural volume of the Capital City Press Anthology

Leslea's book, 'Ride the Red Thread', is a collection of poems inspired by trips taken on Edmonton public transit.
